While the staff was responsive when I complained, the hotel was very dirty. There was an odor. The lobby was filthy. The room was cleaned but the bedding was stained and had hair remains on them. The floors also had stains that appeared to be dried animal feces. When I decided to checkout early, I was not reimbursed properly. I spent two hours on calls with the hotel and Expedia. Expedia provided an acceptable compromise.

I found the staff extra personal despite extra busy multitasking! Very clean and Hot shower hit the spot. Beds were comfy and bought Roast Beef and fish plate at the famous Kelly's restaurant up the road half a mile. Excellent food. "Don't get shut out being at extended stay!"

Our room was far from clean. There were stains on the sheets, toothpaste on the mirror from previous guests, dirty floors and walls. The staff at front desk were great but I won’t be returning.
