The best thing about the hotel is the pool area which has a great view and a nice vibe. Breakfast is average and feels very busy. Eat dinner elsewhere because it’s overpriced and it feels like a retirement home .

I rarely write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by beautiful Spanish architecture, with the hotel nestled within a stunning, spacious estate. The entire property has an incredible atmosphere. The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all our travels. The food is excellent, the restaurant service is fantastic, and the live bands playing every evening add something really special to the experience. We stayed in a standard room, and even that was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for all our luggage and everything we needed. It was extremely comfortable and made it very easy to settle in and relax. We’ve travelled extensively and stayed in a lot of hotels around the world, and this would easily rank among our top three favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed at. An absolutely beautiful hotel and a fantastic experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

Property is beautiful. Getting a little outdated but does not take away from the convenience of being close to Palma and yet very quiet and great old Castillo with gorgeous views!! And on the golf course ⛳️

Excellent hotel and facilities. The taxi situation was not comfortable at all and rather off-putting. Hotel staff on the whole super super kind and solutions focused. Yet yesterday, I was told to "tranquilo" by a staff member by the pool which I was shocked by. Other than that the rooms were clean, big and comfortable yet the lights were not working easily and the Air Conditioning Unit is not as user friendly. The food options by the pool could use some work - as it took to long to order, and was never approached once by a waiter or hotel staff.

This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception.

Getting a coffee, water or orange juice at Breakfast didn‘t work at all. 2 days we waited 20 minutes for a coffee. So the Service at Breakfast needs massive improvement. In our room 843 the shower was broken and the SPA for the size of the Hotel was by gar too small ( only 4 daybeds in the quiet Zone)
