Amazing hotel! Excellent staff from reception to housekeeping. We enjoyed the restaurants and roof bar. The hotel breakfast is excellent. Gym was well outfitted and very clean. The pool is smaller but has a lovely view. Great location.

The entire staff made my wife and I feel welcomed as we came and went. They took customer service to another level…. Gerado, you greeted us upon our arrival. Gave us a nice introduction about the hotel and ensured that we were well taken care of. It was our 1st time in Panama but it won’t be our last. Thanks for everything!

The property is absolutely beautiful!!! All the staff were wonderful!! Special shout to Luisa she is so sweet and knowledgeable!! Even with all my last minute request every request was met with professionalism and of course she made it happen!! What a fabulous hotel. The staff were all exceptional and the hotel itself is a gorgeous historic property. The food in the restaurant was amazing and I highly recommend dinner there, even if you don’t stay there. We are already planning our return trip.

Hotel is in what they call old city (area looks colonial). There are many stores in the area for shopping. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful and I had a great time using the on site spa. The rooftop restaurant had good food and live entertainmen. The hotel was well kept.
