Our stay at Millennium Business Bay Hotel was average overall. While the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, there were several aspects that let the hotel down. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a recurring issue. The common areas did not feel as clean as expected, and the gym was consistently untidy, with rubbish often left around and not cleared away. This made it an unpleasant space to use. The staff did their best to provide good service, which we appreciated, but the overall maintenance and housekeeping standards did not meet our expectations. While the hotel may suit some travellers, based on our experience, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
