I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh dishes that truly stood out. This is a beautiful well maintained property. The stayed in an updated Double room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee 👍👍. 10/10 recommend. Don’t forget ur complimentary cocktail! Will definitely visit again in the future.

A special place. Accommodations were very good, but what really differentiates is service a cut above, always striving to go the extra mile. Complimentary cooked breakfast was excellent. Complimentary drink during happy hour, too. The building is an old mansion converted to a hotel - lots of charm. Centrally located, but nothing in Buffalo is very far (except Highmark stadium). Great value. Would stay again any time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!
