Steps away from the Eiffel tower, lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff were excellent before and during our stay. They were able to put our 2 rooms on right next to each other. The rooms were clean and ready to enjoy. The toilet was separate from the tub and sink. This was something we were not accustomed to but it was fine. We didn't use parking but it seems that there was access to some on site. The breakfast was not included but it was a good buffet option for a family with 2 teenagers. 20 euros each. The property was clean inside and out. There was always someone at the desk and security around. The carpet was dirty and the room is very stuffy. With all the bad rain, the window couldn't stay open all night. But then the A/C is so noisy i couldn't sleep with it on. The bed, although comfortable, was very squeaky and generally the room is not of a 4\* standard. On one of the days, what appeared to be a fire alarm went off, only to discover upon going down to the lobby that it was just my floor (6). No member of staff explained what was happening nor when it was okay to return to my room. Bad practice for guest safety. The hotel generally is fine. Great location for the Eiffel Tower but the staff don't seem all that friendly or primed in basic customer service.
