The property was close to the colosseum. The downside is it is a confined and a little rough area. I’d rather take a taxi in. There was no elevator . When I checked in they helped us with out luggage. When we checked out the person at a he front desk didn’t help at all. I will say the staff at check in was really good.

Rooms were clean and had all the essentials. Location is great and helps get to the main attractions quickly. Our issue with both rooms we had in this reservation was the AC didn’t seem to work and we had trouble getting any rest since it was extremely hot.

Unfortunately our air-conditioning was broken, but today shouldn't reflect on your booking, they couldn't move us the first night so it was incredible hot and then we moved for our 2nd and 3rd night. The rooms need a really good clean. Otherwise great location Colosseum and public transportation

The staff were very nice and accommodating. My room was very old , the A/C barely works . The bathroom shower faucet wan missing pieces . The furniture had stains . The location was nice , I believe if they fixed up the place it will be a 10

Stunning hotel in an absolutely incredible location. The room sizes were very small, however the location, staff and cleanliness certainly made up for that. There is a nearby restaurant called Pizza Forum. I cannot recommend this place enough. The pizzas there are the best I have ever had and the gnocchi was incredible. We had need up going there twice due to the food quality. There is another restaurant nearby called Pasqualino Al Colosseo dal 1956, again I would highly recommend this place.

It was very convenient for visiting all the monuments. Easy in and out and very accommodating. Definitely not a big hotel, I believe 20 rooms or less. It was very charming. We had a total of 9 friends in our group and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
