Front desk was unstaffed upon our checking in and checking out which made both more difficult. The parking lot is gated and requires room key to enter and exit. We stayed after the snow storm and parking lot was not cleared very well. Very slick. The beds are very firm. We ate breakfast in the hotel and had a long wait getting served.
