Fantastic stay. Everything in town is walkable and the views are amazing. Staff is very attentive and helpful. The restaurants on site are delicious and have amazing views while you dine. The breakfast was top notch and provided a huge variety. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

**A special family-run gem** Hotel Kelebek is an excellent hotel, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. We stayed two nights, and it truly feels like a special, family-run place. The highlight is the breakfast they offer outside the hotel. It's worth every bit of it. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious. The staff couldn't be better. The breakfast was great. Balloon flights were cancelled for several days, but the staff was able to get us a flight on the one day that they were flying. They arranged the airport transfers and handled issues with Sun Express Airlines.

The hotel is located above the fray of the downtown center but within an easy access of the downtown. There are great views of the surrounding area from several balconies and the roof rooftop deck. We have stayed there twice and both times have been extremely enjoyable. The staff really makes the difference, especially the night manager who escort you through the building with his dog, Whiskey. The restaurant there is highly rated and very good. We had breakfast and dinner there. We also had dinner at their sister properties. This was nice because the sister property would call when your table was ready so you could walk over from one hotel to the other. We stayed there twice and if we end up going to the region again, we would stay there another time. The rooms are all unique and pleasant to be in.

The rooftop terrace is absolutely the best place to watch the hot air balloons. Seeing them from there was truly a bucket-list experience and something I will never forget. The bathroom had a slight damp smell, but I think that’s part of the experience of staying in a cave hotel. Other than that, everything was good. They had a box breakfast for us waiting since we had to leave very early to the airport.🙂

Staff was incredible and the location and view were incredible. Manager even helped us with a laundry disaster from an in town Best Laundry just to assist us. If you want a cave hotel with great views and incredible food and staff stay here. We will definitely be back. I truly can not say enough. It’s totally worth it. It was our last 2 days in Cappadocia for our family trip before my daughter starts Vet school. What a way to end it. Thank you for the great memories.

You cannot beat the location of this property - it is right in the center of the old Goreme town where all of the hot air balloon descend to at dawn and you can get pretty close to them. It's got multiple terraces that have gorgeous view of the landscape, the town, and the hot air balloon. The rooms are fantastic as well. They are built into the natural contour of the rock formations, yet tastfully refurbished with up to date appliances and vanity. Free snacks and welcome bottle of red wine is a nice touch. The view from the breakfast restaurant is out of this world. The only suggestion and feedback for this hotel I have is to upgrade and improve the pool filtration system. It would have been lovely to take a dip in the hot weather however the pool does not seem clean / safe to swim in.

Absolutely amazing stay, room was clean, given robes and slippers, had snacks and wine in room with coffee maker and supplies, free breakfast included; amazing areas for photos on property, I did a whole photo shoot inside the room alone. I would highly recommend and I would stay again. They help with affordable transfer to and from airport, and will store your luggage. There are lots of stairs and steps, so if need accessible ask ahead of time to ensure where your room in matches your abilities.
