Their bar/club was reserved for privates events for highschool students during the weekend, so we had no access to it. Overall, the facility is massive and had great swimming pool areas and beach was good but no chairs. The food was decent and offered a good variety for an all-inclusive stay. That said, some staff interactions could use some real improvement; the towel personnel were a bit rude, along with some restaurant staff (Sarape restaurant) and the tour and beer staff came across as unfriendly at times. On the bright side, the two young lifeguards and lady lifeguard thank you for helping my mother in law who suffered fainting you guys were exceptional and truly went above and beyond, overall for an all-inclusive package, I'd expect a friendlier vibe from the team to match the great location. My kids aren’t picky but they did have a hard time finding something they liked to eat…. Even the Mac and cheese was watered down( my 15 years old said “this is BAD and I like Mac and cheese from a box” we didn’t use the pool at all during our stay this week (it’s not heated and the water was freezing) but it looked clean and well maintained, the grounds are pretty to walk and the beach is clean.breakfast options only include the 2 buffets and for lunch the pickings where a little slim.
