The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but somewhat outdated. I loved the beautiful beach and huge pool. I am going to miss that beach with crystal clear turquoise water. They have a vast variety of food options in the buffet. Their food is also top quality. This resort has so many activities that it’s impossible to get bored.

We were in a standard room which was clean except there were some roaches when we checked in. They fumigated room and only saw 1 more insect the rest of stay. Did not receive my free bottle of spirits upon check in even though I showed them from booking that I was entitled to it. Entertainment was awesome, they really worked hard. Wait staff was friendly but most mornings got my own coffee and water. Food was great

just now New We had a great experience in our stay at Bahia Príncipe Portillo. The entertainment group was excellent. Yahaira from entertainment was very pleasant and energetic. Diomedes from Porto Fino Restaurant was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend it.
