Location was convenient and cozier than the larger hotel chains and walking distance to so many attractions. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and well kept. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was typical but appreciated.

Great location for all sites to see in DC. Restaurants nearby, metro nearby. It’s quiet and in a mostly residential neighborhood. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.

Wonderful. There is a nice tiny kitchen with a great refrigerator. Nice size closet. The location is just SE of the capital building. There are restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. Starbucks about 2 blocks away. The parking is a bit expensive but… The neighborhood feels safe, I went walking at night and felt very safe. The metro is 2 blocks west of the hotel. The desk is staffed 24/7 which is great. The valet is always handy. Overall a great.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The hotel location is excellent and it's a safe area: close to the train station and walkable to the Nation's Capitol. Their Staff is friendly and very helpful. But the Hotel overall quality is average at best...it's old, it's not stylish and lacks charm. My room had a stained couch that you would not want to sit on; no need for a alarm clock as you will hear every step of those in the room above you. Hotel breakfast was less than average. Overall, I feel I paid a 5-Star price for 3 rooms, but the facilities are not close to that quality.
