Slightly out from the centre which isn’t for everyone, but we liked that, appropriately 1 hour walk to centre
Lovely little authentic restaurants close by
Hotel food very good, swimming pool on the roof top was lovely for a morning swim
Lovely hotel, amazing interior and decor. Breakfast was really good as well, nice staff!
Only problem we had is that we found a cockroach in our room. After that we were moved to a smaller room than the one we originally had. Definitely put down our rating of the hotel a lot.
AC was not functioning properly, so sleep was difficult at 24.5C and unit was set to 16C.
Otherwise, the room and amenities in room were satisfactory. The shower was above average.
Lovely hotel, in a residential location, 20 mins walk to the city. All the team are a credit to the hotel - a big thanks to Magda and Taya who changed our room, very much appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful, and varied - pool area was vey nice.
The room was very clean. The very warm pool was nice to use every day and sometimes was busy but we usually found some time available.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff are very attentive.
Nice modern hotel. Good breakfast. Great pool and bar area on the 6th floor. Perfect for evenings if not going out. Bit of a walk to the old town area but all downhill. Uber back!
Really lovely hotel. We slept very well in the amazing bed and it was nice and quiet.
The rooftop bar and pool are really cool, we only had a club sandwich from the menu there but that was good.
Small problems - if you don’t get to the eggs quick in the morning they are cold, the pool is too warm to be refreshing, I never thought I would say that as I am a complete wimp getting into pools normally.
When we first arrived the hotel looked amazing everything seemed like we’d got a bargain however when you look closer you find: everything is unclean, the walls in the room look like a murder scene, the shower only partly works, the shower is also covered in mould, the hot tub was broken apart from one section of it (seems like it’s been that way for awhile), hot tub was also cover in mould and so was the pool, broken glass in the pool area, broken glass in the lift. The hotel just looks like nobody bothered to fix anything. Staff were friendly and helpful but the price you pay for the state of the room and faculties doesn’t even get close to what is expected
Everyone I met working at the hotel was wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was great and the bar and restaurant on the 6th floor a really lovely space to spend time.
