As ever, it’s the staff that make a place, and the staff here are fantastic. We arrived early after an overnight flight and the hotel checked us in early. We were on our honeymoon and the hotel spoilt us with a lovely cake and decorations. The hotel itself is spotless and the coffee is great! It’s in a really convenient location, only 600m from the metro station. The gym is sufficient and the pool and lounge area fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, professional staff and secure features (key access elevators, manual lock on inside of room door, 24-hr gym with room key access) made this a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel and resident elevators are separate, so you never feel crowded or overwhelmed. Reception, cafe and housekeeping all make an effort to know your name and check on you so you feel seen but not overobserved. A particular thank you to Ashri for a warm welcome in reception, Emmanuelle in the gym, Donna in the cafe, Damien on the pool deck and especially to Ismail in housekeeping who was attentive and professional so I always felt safe and reassured that I knew who was in my room when I wasn't there. I stayed for 21 days and it felt like a home from home. Rooms and bedding are clean, the small fridge was useful to keep fresh fruits, the balcony was big enough to enjoy morning coffee or read a book, the food was fresh and reasinably priced. The metro is less than 5 min walk and the beach is 15 mins walk.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! We booked the Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed, Marina View, and a private balcony, which also included breakfast. The marina view was absolutely beautiful and honestly made the room worth it. Sitting on the private balcony and enjoying the view was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The entire hotel was always spotless, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned every day, and all toiletries and essentials were consistently restocked. Every staff member was super kind, friendly, and welcoming. From the front desk to the restaurant and pool area, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our waiter, Ragma, was absolutely wonderful. He was there every morning to take our breakfast order and remembered our go-to order from day 2, which made us feel so special. The breakfast was delicious as well! The pool was another highlight of our stay. It was beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded. The lifeguards were so welcoming and attentive. They always made sure fresh towels were set up for us, and they even remembered our names from the very first day and greeted us whenever they saw us. Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly felt cared for throughout our entire stay. From the beautiful marina view and private balcony to the cleanliness, delicious breakfast, peaceful pool, and incredibly kind staff, everything made our stay so enjoyable!
