Great location, wonderful stay!
Our stay was awesome! The location was everything—extremely walkable and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The only downside was the limited bathroom space for a large party, which required a bit of coordination in the mornings. Overall, a great place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it for the location alone!
The Pelican by Hosteeva was awesome. Beautiful apartment with reciting we needed for a girls getaway. The place was clean and inviting.

Great place! In Avery quiet area but near places to eat. Easy access to uber and the other parts of the city. Very quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again.
Great stay. Conveniently close to restaurants, coffee shops and lots of action. Living space was clean and spacious. Would recommend.

Pleasantly Surprised
Property was clean, spacious, and a short walk to everything!! There's a little store on the corner which was really helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Get Away
Was a very comfortable stay.
The property had a washer and a dryer, more than ample towels, pillows & sheets... even coffee to help you wake up in the morning. Nice location...close enough to everything but far enough for sleeping peace... very clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great place to stay.

The property was vary clean. It was supposed to be a city view but we only saw bricks. No view of the ciry from the room. The room was excellent. It was clean. Environment nice. I would rent again but try to get a city view as promised
I was a little apprehensive about staying here originally but the place a great!!! Everything you need and more in your own little apartment. Spacious, clean, and walking distance to everything. The only two gripes I had were: I could hear the people next door as if they were in my living room from one of the bedrooms and I wish I was on a higher floor to enjoy some sort of view of the city. There’s no way to know what unit you are getting until you booked the unit. Overall, still was a great stay!
Positives: The property is newer and offers a great space for families. The bedrooms are large and spacious and having a kitchen/ living area was great. I love this area of New Orleans and the restaurants are fabulous everywhere you turn.
Negatives:
1. The communication was poor. I reached out weeks ago to change our guest count from 3 to 4 (well within the limit) but no one ever responded to me. I was told I would get the check-in information 24-48 hours before check-in and I received it at 1:40am on the day of our arrival (so about 16 hours and a very inconvenient time). They did however send multiple annoying reminders to check-out by 10 am. It’s especially annoying when it feels like that’s the most important thing to Hosteeva - to rush you out by 10am.
2. On that note, the check-in and check-out times are difficult (4pm and 10am). Especially when compared to hotels. And even if the room is ready you cannot check in early unless you pay a fee. There is nowhere to store bags so you have to plan and prep very wisely. I own two short term rentals and we always try to accommodate our guests if the room is ready or at least provide access to the pool
Bathrooms to change, etc.
3. The view, or lack there of. The balcony and windows overlook a dingy parking lot and garage. It says “city view” which is a misleading.
4. noise. This room is on common street and it is right above a loading dock area for the Cambria hotel next door. Don’t expect to sleep at night.
Super walkable location, nice 2-bedroom accommodations with one bathroom and balcony. Quiet hours help, but sounds travels easily between units. Make note there is no dedicated parking.

Some simple things could enhance the stay.... your low hanging fruit
Add tissues
Add a shower wrack or put in shower ledges
And just add a few extra hooks so the towels can hang near the opening of the shower......having half a shower door was weird too
Great place to stay in New Orleans. Walking distance to restaurants and the French Quarter. Stayed during July 4th weekend, and found the walls are thin and can hear the very loud neighbors and smell their marijuana/cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable, extra linens and towels were available, all kitchen items supplied. Would stay here again.
10/10 would recommend. Only gripe was I paid for late checkout (normal checkout was 10am) but when we came back to the room at 1130am from getting coffee, our code stopped working and we had to call for help to get back in

This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place
