My husband and I had booked this hotel for a work trip. We arrived for check in and were told that our room had been double sold and we had no room available. This was at 10pm after a long day of travel. We ended up going to another hotel and were assured the night of stay would be refunded in its entirety. It has not been refunded. I do not understand how a hotel can sell a room that was paid for in advance. It seems unethical at best. This had been our favorite hotel for work while in Nashville. I feel uncomfortable making more arrangements with them now as I am not assured a room will be available to me at the end of a long day of travel, even though payment was given weeks in advance. Also, shame on you for stating there would be a full refund when there has been none.

The restaurant in the restaurant we would never go to again. My wife ordered a burger and salad. She waited almost 45 minutes for her order. Another customer walked out because waited 40 minutes without someone coming to his table
