Rooms were very old. Had to pull really hard on the shower to get it to turn on. However location was great for going to Michigan football game and staff left me check in early!

Staff were super kind and helpful. Rooms were okay, maybe in need of some new bright furniture. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Would appreciate paper slippers.
Where do I even begin? This hotel is nothing short of a masterpiece! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt as though I had entered a world of pure luxury, elegance, and perfection. Every square inch of this magnificent establishment radiates excellence. The rooms are breathtaking, the beds feel like sleeping on clouds handcrafted by angels, and the atmosphere is so spectacular that I genuinely questioned whether I had accidentally checked into paradise. I’ve stayed in hotels before, but this place makes every other hotel look like a roadside shed!
The staff deserve their own standing ovation, a national holiday in their honour, and possibly a monument erected in the lobby. Never in my life have I encountered such extraordinary hospitality! Every smile was warmer than the sun, every interaction was an absolute delight, and every request was handled with the precision of a world-class orchestra. The cleanliness was beyond immaculate. I’m convinced that even the dust particles are afraid to enter this building! Everything was so wonderfully maintained that I almost felt guilty touching anything. If hospitality were an Olympic sport, this hotel would win every gold medal and then be asked to retire because the competition simply wasn’t fair.
To call this hotel outstanding would be the understatement of the century. Five stars? Please! Five stars are an insult to an establishment of this calibre!
The facilities were dirty, there were little pieces of trash everywhere; even cockroaches in the room. There were no blankets in the room. It also smelled really bad. As of someone burnt their food in there. The complimentary breakfast was hot water and coffee. Oatmeal packets and fatty muffins completed the offerings. The night shift concierge was amazing, super kind and nice.

Clean, well maintained, staff was nice, would come again.
Very economical choice, with kitchenettes, but housekeeping more than once in two weeks is a charge. The staff are efficient and accommodating and they will swap you clean towels and linens. They have kits of kitchen stuff like plates or utensils available.
There is a frequent bus to Downtown and Central Campus, a six-minute walk away at “The Ride” bus stop in the Briarwood Mall parking lot. You can pay for a $3 day pass on your phone and just show the bus driver. Much easier
