The staff is excellent. We have stayed there before. Unfortunately couldn't get the nicer rooms this time but our 'contemporary' room was charming if a bit worn. I love rooms with windows that open and this was true even in this room. The nicest have balconies. They are closing down for two years after this month to remodel so it should be much more up to date then. The place is an easy walk to anything between the Eifel tower and Luxembourg gardens. Despite being close to busy roads it is extremely quiet. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

This is an older property which is in need of an update. In addition, there was lack luster care of gardens and the entry. Inside the rooms air-conditioning was limited, carpets and bathrooms need revisions, or updates. The staff at arrival did not provide needed support at check-in and baggage transport. The location is wonderful and it could be a tremendous property if it received the attention it deserves.

Perfectly calm location close to major places of interests, restaurants, tourist sites, Metro the Seine river, etc. It's got an old school Paris charming atmosphere, with a fairly high price, but basically very good value for money considering other options and areas. The staff are all exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Have nothing but amazing comments about this property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean. The hotel is located in an area with lots of restaurants and easy access to the metro/trains. My husband and I cannot wait to stay again the future!

The location of the hotel is very convenient to walk in different directions to see the various famous sites such as the Eiffel tower and Cathedral of Notre Dame. The bedroom air conditioning is fantastic keeping me cool and it operates very quietly so no sound issues at night. The bedroom is also very clean and is cleaned daily. The bathroom is small and the bath tub obviously even smaller so it isn't a good experience for bathing or showering. The breakfast choice is great and plenty and comfortable seating area as well, the employees for five out of seven mornings were very attentive.

Loved staying at this quintessential Parisian boutique hotel. Staff was just lovely and patient with 2 bumbling Americans. Great location close to the lively Latin Quarter, but in a quieter, calmer street. 100% would return!
