I stayed there with my sister for almost a week. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were good and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is right in front of a train station that has three lines crossing (lines 2, 4 and 5), bus stations and has malls, restaurants and city attractions withing short walking distance. We asked for breakfast to be included and it was buffet style and the food was good. We definitely recommend it

Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly. The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive.

I booked this hotel and paid an additional fee because I wanted a good location and a high-floor view. However, the view was not good. The window was blocked by a building directly in front of it, and there was even construction work going on, with a crane obstructing the view. The breakfast was rather poor. In Room 1811, where I stayed, there were water stains between the gaps of the glass bathroom door and in the corners of the bathroom. There was also dust accumulated on top of the air purifier, which made it seem like detailed cleaning was not being carried out. Other than the subway station elevator located directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance and the comfortable bedding, I do not have any particularly positive memories of this stay. Even though the location is good, I do not think I will visit again.

The room was not cleaned during our 4-night stay, except on the last day, when we removed the sign from our bed. We thought the sign meant we didn't need to change the bed linen daily, but we didn't expect it also meant our bed wouldn't be tidied. It was convenient to have the coin-operated laundry facilities in the hotel's basement. The buffet breakfast was pretty meh. Glad we decided not to include it in our booking and only went there on our last morning there. The food choices are standard. And the staff will make sure you leave the breakfast hall at 10 am on the dot, as that is when they say they will close. Closing time = no more guests in the dining area, not just the kitchen's. So you need to make sure to time it well before you go. The staff were kind enough to let us extend our stay for 30 minutes when we asked in the morning. We will be charged 11,000 KRW if we want to stay for an extra hour. Pretty strict.
