The location is the best! Shops, theaters, restaurants, Union Square, and cable cars are all just around the hotel. I love the little hotel.museum which tells you about the history of this iconic place.

The elegance of this hotel is amazing!! Loved the service, the bar has a great vibe and staff is amazing! Room was comfy on 30th floor. Only complaint was toilet too low to the ground. Will definitely return

loved our stay! close enough to walk around. getting a car was so easy. The 10$ uber credit and 20$ food and beverage credit everyday was awesome. Hotel was pretty, rooms were clean and spacious. Bar was lovely as well and busy.

They just updated this property and it is STUNNING! The hallways, bar and room, bring in the San Francisco modern, but classic charm. The rooms are HUGE! Location Amazing, just out the door and hop on the cable car or walk accross the street to get pastrys and shopping. The staff was incredible too, from check in staff, the bartender, and concierges.
