I like the traditions of the Westin St. Francis during the holidays. Their Christmas decor, view of Union Square, great shopping and dining options nearby makes it my favorite place to stay.

Great location. Easy to get to shops, bars and restaurants. Very crowded but knew it was going to be that way being it was the weekend after Christmas. Overall, really nice night at a very nice hotel.

Besides the slow check-in process, everything else was wonderful. From valet to front desk, concierge and door staff everyone was friendly and helpful. Valet went out of their way and helped me get an item out of my car that I had forgotten. The rooms were clean and even had an essential oil roller for relaxation. The bar was beautiful even if the music selection felt off. The vibe seemed more jazz bar but the music was more night club. We really enjoyed our stay

Stayed here for Holidays with fam, teens and 5 yr old, were local but wanted to experience the city holiday lights. We stayed for 2 nights. All of the staffs from valet to concierge there all nice and happy with great positive energy. Room is clean and spacious, lobby is festively decorated. Glenn from concierge made our stays extra special by providing top notch service. You could really feel the spirit of Christmas.

We love this Westin for its location. For the price per night that I paid I expected better room with a nice view. The bed is great but the pullout was awful. Clean room and free water is appreciated. The staff during our stay was unfriendly and not very helpful most of the time.
