I booked 2 night stay here for our universal studios day. Great location 5 minutes walk to universal studios. The room is booked was for 2 beds and the beds were small double bed each and the room was very spacious we had a separate toilet to the main bathroom which helped too. We did buffet breakfast and there was alot to choose from which was great coming from a European country with my son who is a very picky eater he enjoyed it too.

Best Hotel for our stay. Family friendly. Yuka Tanino is the best employee. Very kind and helpful. My kids wanted to stay here one more night just because of her. All the staff in general was very helpful. Loved our stay and definitely coming back

Really good hotel, stayed on 28th floor and had a great view. Right on City Walk for Universal Studios so excellent location and just a few steps from public transport. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and food quality was great.
