My girlfriend and I stayed at the Westin in late September and it could not have been better. The food, the staff, the amenities were amazing. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean everyday. There is great snorkeling right off the beach there. Could not recommend this higher. Huge shout out to Elena at the front desk! She was so friendly and helpful and full of joy!
Property clean, we'll kept. Need to change up the food. Service was good for most part as I guess they were shirt staff. Nice little beach and snorkeling. Money spent on all inclisive was not worth it. Had much much better elsewhere.
The view and the property were beautiful. The location was under construction, so some areas were not open. Overall, it was a great stay, and the customer service was fantastic. I would stay here again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the sliding glass door and the staff upgraded our room. The staff makes the stay worthwhile.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The property was undergoing renovations and there was construction noise during the day into the afternoon. The property is good, but worn. There is little to no activity surrounding the hotel during my stay. The staff were all pleasant and helpful and the beach area with the clear and clean waters were great.
Amazing stay. Amazing wait staff. Beautiful beach and rooftop pool. Food was overall good. Only negative was lack of clear instructions from front desk at check in providing information of the resort (where to obtain towels with card and where room was).
Staff great hotel great chill spot 😆 worth the money amazing lil beach but ,shoutout@ santiago great staff @the beach and pool upstairs pool great view lil too many bugs in the pool but high up it’s kinda expected but great overall
Great location! It just needs some updating on the maintenance and upkeep. You can walk right out to the beach and the staff that waits in your was top notch! The boy thing they should change is the menus at the restaurants should be rotated a bit more throughout the week. We would stay there again!
This property is small and absolutely gorgeous. You can choose to do all inclusive or not. We chose not to as we wanted to explore the town, but we did eat at the breakfast buffet once and it was great! It’s the perfect home base and you just try the key lime pie across the street!
Rebekah and I had a great stay here at The Westin Cozumel. The staff was great. The front desk helped us with any questions and made us feel at home. Thank you for the great hospitality and making us feel welcome.
Awesome staff, extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Guilian and Sara gave us the best massages of our lives!! We’ll be coming back soon for sure! Now that Javier (reception) told us the hotel will be going through some renovations soon and it’ll be ready by next year.
Gracias!!
