The hotel was very nice with great decor. The rooms were clean, spacious, nice bathroom with soft towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had delicious food. The bar looked like they had good drinks, though I did not have time to try them. Close proximity to many restaurants and minutes from downtown. We will definitely be staying at The Hutton again.

Room was very clean and useful with a large screen TV and options to purchase movies, which we needed one night. Ice machine needed maintenance, however, was fixed immediately after reporting the issue. Desk clerks were very helpful in telling us how to get to the different places we needed to go. Also provided us with a pen as we did not bring one and needed to write things down.

This hotel is very unique. The decor is warm and inviting...yet upscale and sophisticated. I found myself wanting to lounge about in every space, chair, sofa and seating area of the hotel 'lobby'. The lobby feels more like a expanded living space...like you would want to have at home. The staff is wonderful...the food is amazing. Really. They go above and beyond. 'No' is NEVER the answer. If they don't know the answer...they take the time to find it with you. I travel alone a lot...so this means a lot to me. Location is perfect...you will be pretty much centrally located to everything you might like to do. If you like to walk (I do)....most of where you want to go is about a 30 minute (1.5 mile) walk. This is good because parking is rare and expensive. Best thing is that Hutton is so very music immersive....and isn't that what we come to Nashville for? Just go....you'll love it!
