The Casa team made the dream come alive! Our room was impeccable, the concierge team went above and beyond helping us coordinate our stay, meals, and excursions. The BEST massage- we did a couples Oceanic bundle and was totally worth it. The food is so fresh and prepared with heart! Shoutouts to a few faves - Errol, Cesar, Vanessa, the Marias (there are a couple!), Marlon, and of course our very favorite…GLEN!! Very grateful for the care we received and to really feel the PURA VIDA…all around. The views and rooms are almost as stunning as the people here. And, definitely splurge if you can for the rooms with a pool. Totally worth seeing those sunsets from the privacy of your own pool deck. Thank you and hope to come back soon. Pura Vida!

Pros: Rooms were very spacious & clean. The plunge pool with the views is worth the extra $$. Stunning! One of the best sunset views I’ve witnessed. Lobby, housekeeping and valet staff were very helpful, friendly & attentive. Cons: The food. We ordered steak and fries & the fish dish. The dishes were underwhelming in flavor considering the premium pricing. The setting and service were great, but the food definitely needs improvement.

Our stay at this resort was truly unforgettable. The villa rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the private pool with sunset view every evening was absolutely unbelievable. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. I have never experienced such genuinely amazing service. All were great but Cesar specifically, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. I was so sad to leave them. We wanted to take them back home with us because they were just such kind hearted people.

The hotel is beautiful. It has the most beautiful views. The staff was very professional. Three of them , Franklin, Glen and Carlos very very professional and helpful. My only complaint is that by the time I did the reservation , the two restaurants were working , but when we get there the Pampas was closed so that’s not fear. In my opinion The hotel must inform us about this. .

An unforgettable stay with an incredible sunset view. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. Our room was extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and with a stunning view that made it feel truly special. Having our own private pool was an amazing touch and made the stay even more relaxing. The common pool area was another highlight, especially around sunset. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sun go down over the ocean from the hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. Between the spectacular location, incredible views, beautiful room, private pool, and outstanding hospitality, this was easily one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had. We had the most amazing experience. Our driver Errose was AMAZING! From the time he picked us from the airport to driving us back, he was attentive, and helpful! I wish I could copy and paste Errose service everywhere we went. The staff at hotel was attentive and accommodating. The views from the hotel and from our room are incomparable to anywhere I've been. The staff and the Sentido Norte was accommodating to my wife's food choices. Since she us vegan. They gave impeccable service and it was such a well curated experience. We ledt feeling like this was home. This is a GEM and we would highly recommend!!! Pura Vida!!

The spectacular views from everywhere you stand at the hotel were breathtaking. By far the best views at any hotel I’ve ever stayed. The staff was so incredibly helpful at all times, from the start of pick up to drop off and everything in between was amazing. I have a gluten allergy and they made sure I was taken care of with different options if needed. The food was DELICIOUS. The villa was also beautiful and most importantly relaxing. The transport from hotel to las Catalina’s was so convenient and easy. I will remember this trip forever all thanks to all the staff! My wife and I visited for her birthday and Valentine’s, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect trip. How unbelievably stunning the views are from both the property and the rooms.
