Some issues with check in, but resolved by Expedia after a few minutes on the customer service line. Overall average experience.

Check in was ok, Receptionist sent us to room 322 when there isn't one. Trying to find an invisible room wasnt fun. Long flight then sleeping for an hour and the fire alarm goes off that wasnt fun. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. Other Reception staff was nice. Hotel could do with an upgrade few old sockets etc. Should be brought up to the relevant times. Breakfast area close to the bin had quite a lot of cobwebs and dirt, was quite off putting. Breakfast was okay, you get a much better selection at the weekends. During the week the chef should know people don't want pulled beef or a red sauce chicken dish for breakfast. Bit disappointing this being a part of the hilton group. I gave it 3 stars as the hotel is ok. You need a car to stay here however only 5 mins away from burlington mall which was great and still close to freeways etc.

The room and the entire building were very clean, and the parking was convenient and easily accessible. The staff was great, friendly, and very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. However, we booked the room for five people with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the mattress, and it was impossible to sleep on it. We ended up having three people sleep in one queen bed because the sofa bed was simply not usable. Overall, we liked the hotel, but the sofa bed definitely needs to be replaced or improved, especially for guests booking the room based on the advertised sleeping capacity.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast was decent. The room can use a refresher, you can tell they allow pets, the smell is embedded in the rugs in the room. Also just be mindful the kitchen area in the room was crawling with roaches. Will not be staying there again if I had a choice.

7am fire alarm on Sunday was not great. Some ceilings and doors need a good paint job. Staff took away the sheets for pull out after first cleaning, we had to ask them to bring back. Breakfast was really good with changes daily.
