Amazing location right in the centre of main square. Our room was regularly cleaned and restocked. The breakfast was a lovely selection so something for everyone. Considering how close we were to everything the hotel was so peaceful, we has a great nights sleep every night.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Our room was amazing, Prosecco on arrival and soft drinks in the mini bar. We had an upgrade to a huge suite with a jacuzzi, we really couldn’t find fault atall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and if we return to Krakow, we will be staying here again.
