The hotel was nice and the staff helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice view of the street outside. The rooms were nice and the bathroom big enough to be comfortable. The only thing to note is that the mattresses there are very firm, more like sleeping on the floor with a comforter on top then a true mattress. That's not unique to this hotel either, every hotel in Japan was similar on the mattress.

Overall everything was lovely. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and lots of options for beverages too. Very close to the train station and lots of places to shop and eat around. The only thing was that it was very close to the train tracks, so you could hear the rattle of the trains. So if you are a light sleeper it might be tricky for you.

Amazing location and a pretty nice hotel room. It was a bit cramped, but that's to be expected in Tokyo, so not a huge drawback. The only thing keeping this from five stars is we accidentally booked a smoking room and we're unable to change to a non-smoking room. If you're sensitive to smoke I would recommend making sure you book a non-smoking room as the smoke odor is definitely noticeable. Overall a great place to stay for individuals and couples.

Very nice room, maid will come every day and change the towels and empty trash but every 3-4 days for a full turn down. My only complaint is there was no closet or room under the bed to stash the suitcases out of the way.

Nice hotel very near the station. Hotel was good, but one comment is that they are small. Two large suitcases just about fit (closed) at the foot of our beds so it is small. Saying that it was the perfect location for Akihabara and for our first hotel in Japan.
