6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the bathroom in my room was in poor condition. The fuses were faulty, the shower lacked sufficient water pressure, and the towels were old. Despite being a frequent guest, I’ve always had cleaner and better-maintained rooms. It seems that the hotel has become more demanding of guests who cancel their flights.

I booked here because we had about four hours before our flight and wanted a comfortable place to rest. Even though our stay was short, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I ordered the sancocho, which arrived quickly and tasted good, although it was a little overpriced. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would not mind returning and staying for the convenience

I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The free shuttle to the airport was also a huge plus and made traveling so much easier and more convenient. I really appreciated the great service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is so wonderful it has ruined us for others! Hahaha The staff are top notch, the included breakfast buffet is the best we've ever had anywhere, the outdoor gardens and swimming pool are lush and beautiful. There are so many amenities like a washer and dryer that you can use, a luggage weigh scale, included airport transportation, and the location is very central to so many things. We will no longer even try to stay somewhere else when we go to Santiago

The place was spotless and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We had the best meals at El Valle restaurant inside the hotel. Their pool was very clean. We loved that check out was at 1pm. We’ll be back for sure!
