My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. We like that we can walk to restaurants—there are plenty of options—and visit Barnes & Noble and the mall. It also has easy access to the highway, which connects to any route you want to take. Happy costumers!!

The staff and hotel amenities were outstanding. The room was clean. The reason for the 3 stars was because the bed/mattress was not comfortable at all which means I did not sleep well. The rooms in the back of the hotel face the Bart station train tracks.

Came into town for a wedding and looking for a convenient and not too expensive Hotel for the family. The location of this hotel is great. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops and even a couple outlets like Banana Republic factory in case you need an emergency belt or tie for an event you’re attending . I appreciate the complementary continental breakfast and the staff was very pleasant. Would recommend this Hotel. Tip: some of the rooms do base the train tracks in the back so if your light sleeper, you might ask for a room change or an upgrade. During our stay, it wasn’t that big of a deal as there were not too many trains running.

Breakfast was great, enjoyed the coin-op laundry and the front desk had plenty of coins for sale! Since traveling via Amtrak it was so convenient being just across the tracks with a footbridge going over the tracks. Would stay there again. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.
