Property was clean but very dated. Staff were friendly but not overly helpful. Morning coffee and snacks were limited. Cookware and plates were not readily made available. Great location for Texans games if thats why you're going, otherwise, better options are nearby.

The property was under improvement works, the front desk lady was not very helpful but the main manger Rashid was excellet, the room floors looked dirty, the property is super well located to assist to the NRG stadium, there is no bar nor restaurant to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal, there is a nice small clean swimming pool

I did not get the two bed room that I had paid for Instead I was given a handicap room with one queen size bed mind you that this reservation was made five days in advance not a last minute reservation. We were there three nights and never saw housekeeping. Whenever someone above us used their shower or flushed the toilet the water noise sounded like it was coming through the walls. The location is good if you are going to MD Anderson or other medical hospitals in the area. I guess for the price this what you can expect. A alright stay, but not a great stay.

This property is nice and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Our room was a deluxe suite-- quite spacious, clean, and adequate. Loved the pretty flowers at the entrance .. appreciated the free parking. So many other properties nearby charge quite a bit and we enjoyed this perk.

The room was HUGE with a full kitchen a living room area and two beds very comfy. Enjoyed it and it was like few blocks down from NRG stadium so going to a game you are right there.

Pros: price, cleanliness, location, easy to park, free parking, close to a grocery store. Cons: I expect a room with a full kitchen to have at least minimal cookware. This room had nothing: no pot, no plate, no bowl, no glass, no silverware. First time I’ve ever experienced this in a room with a kitchen. It was my first time to stay in this brand of hotel. Pool was padlocked. Could hear everything in room above me. Breakfast same every day & was minimal- coffee, tea, 2 flavors muffins, oatmeal. Only sugar, no artificial sweeteners.

Negatives: huge leak next to the elevator being caught in a trash can. Third floor smelled strongly of weed. Breakfast was nonexistent. No plug for the bathtub. Positives: check in clerk was friendly, room was spacious and furniture comfortable. Our floor was pretty quiet too.

The room that we booked was not available. There was not a lock on our door. Our unit was not cleaned. There were hairs everywhere. The toilet was not clean. The were very few amenities. The full kitchen was not a full kitchen. It was empty cabinets. The location to NRG Stadium was great. I will not stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly.
