The staff were excellent and so helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will go back. Location was great and the staff warned against people impersonation which was very timely. House keeping excellent with nothing being too much trouble.

Room had a great view but a little outdated and some doors not working. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Tower club quiet and peaceful. Must remember to bring connection's for electronic equipment as there is only power in your room. Roof top bar very expensive for a glass of average wine so go and view only if you are a guest.

The staff was the best. Daniel from front desk sent us a card and desert for our anniversary. Ann was a joy to speak with and so warm. Jake made our dinner experience at Sirocco. The experience was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back.

A room with a view of the river is well worth it! The nighttime view from the balcony lived up to the pictures. The staff at Lebua are exceptional. We were impressed from check-in to check-out with how lovely all staff were. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. We splurged on lounge access and I appreciated how, at the end of the night, staff went around to each table to kindly let us know the Lounge would be closing soon and offered to put in one last drink order before closing. We loved our stay! The only flag I would raise for first-time visitors is that booking Grab (Thailand's version of Uber) can be a bit tricky as many drivers seem hesitant to enter the gated entry. This is easily overcome by walking out to meet them instead. Highly recommend and would book again!

​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flawless stay – Incredible breakfast and an out of this world rooftop bar! ​We have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay at Lebua—everything was top-notch. ​The breakfast buffet was outstanding and fully on par with the exceptional quality we experienced at The Okura. The pool area was also incredibly beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. ​The absolute highlight of the hotel, however, is the rooftop bar. The views and the atmosphere up there are truly out of this world. An unforgettable experience and a highly recommended hotel!
