The staff was very helpful and polite, the room clean and comfortable. My reason to give 4 starts is because they are very limited in the bar area and plates are very small portions and menu very limited. Few times they didn’t have items from the menu available. Great place if wants to stay away from noise since is far from other hotels. also don’t expect to swim in the beach has Sargasso.

Our stay at Paradiso La Bonita in Puerto Morelos was wonderful! The property is beautifully done, with a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. What really stood out was the attentive and welcoming staff, the butler service was always ready to help and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Thank you Alfredo and Mely at the Piano Bar and Brandon , Candido and Landy by the pool and of course Roger for taking such good care of us.

Chef Marcus went out of his way to prepare something tailored just for me, and the waiter Mauricio and Candido were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Anytime you needed something, someone was right there to take care of it. The staff truly made my solo getaway a relaxing escape. Thank you to everyone!

Obviously loved my stay. We stayed in the reserve building and it was just wonderful. The food was fantastic and so were the drinks. Loved having Fernando as our butler who was very attentive. He responded very quickly as well which we loved. Adrian was also just a fantastic bartender we loved him. Fantastic drinks from Adrian, and great conversation from all staff. Hotel was very clean and the ambiance was there. It’s perfect for people who are looking for a chill, luxury experience. Everyone was very friendly and can’t wait to book again!!

We had such a wonderful time at the resort, very romantic settings, wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Our butler Enrique was stellar, top-tier! He attended to all of our needs during our stay, and we were even surprised on our last night there we came back to our room to a beautiful display of flowers decorated on our bed top! Everything exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time to book here. We're already looking forward to our trip here next year!

Where do I begin?? Norma was and is such a beautiful person. She was great with communication from the very start until we landed safely back home. She helped coordinate reservations on top of taking care of our daily needs. Even when she was not in duty she made it perfectly clear we were attended to. Exon, was absolutely the best at helping us check in and out and answered all our questions. Fernando with Nexus was very helpful and friendly. Diego with transportation was an absolute angel. We chatted the entire way back and forth. Everyone from house keeping, maintenance, room service, and the staff from the restaurants were very attentive and friendly and went above and beyond. They all deserve a big raise!! Every time I would pass a staff member walking the grounds I was greeted with a friendly smile and “hello”. I absolutely fell in love with Paraiso De La Bonita and all the beautiful people. They definitely made us feel at home and like family. My only complaint is that I wish I stayed longer. I will be returning back again and only to Paraiso. Thank you guys for such a wonderful time and experience. I greatly appreciate it and you all!!

This resort is above and beyond any place we’ve ever stayed. The attention to detail, the food, the atmosphere, the drinks and the facilities were unmatched compared to any resort, hotel or destination we have ever stayed at. Not only did the hotel staff attend to anything we needed but we were provided a butler for further needs! They made our reservations for dinner, which are all à la carte meals by the way. They also made sure our laundry was done before our check out time (which they extended for us to meet our flight home departure time). The responsive nature of every person who works here is truly what makes it the best. Big shout out to Enrique and Fernando! If you find yourself here, make sure to check out the array of daily activities such as the wonderful Sommelier for the tequila and mezcal tasting! She was absolutely fantastic and we had a lot of fun. We cannot wait to return!
