The check-in process was so fast and easy. The front desk clerks were so nice and so helpful. The biggest plus was that they have parking available. The room was extremely beautiful and extremely clean. Definitely recommend and will always book here

The rooms were clean. The location of the property was great. Walking distance to alot of great restaurants. The property was beautiful. But one of the best things about it was the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Our suite was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and efficient. All of our needs were met! The furniture and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Loved having laundry facility. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. Pool area was nice, the soaking pool was big enough to cool off after sitting in the sun. Had a wonderful experience here and we will be back. This trip was for a funeral at Arlington National Cemetary, we plan to come back and stay here for a sight seeing tour of Washington DC as the location was perfect for that. Thank you for making our stay very easy and comfortable.

This hotel is part of the University’s student apartment building. So not a typical hotel. The “studio” is huge with many rooms. Suggestion for improvements: install curtains; add box of tissues; change the door lock

Room was clean and was in walking distance to many restaurants and target. The pool is very small. Looks more like a jacuzzi versus a pool which is what was in the description.parking is $35.00 per night which is a fair price I think for the area.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Placemakr Arlington. The location was great for what we needed and easily walkable to restaurants and other nearby spots. The apartment was generally quiet and comfortable, although there is construction next door, and the guest bedroom seemed to hear much more outside noise than the other rooms. The apartment itself could definitely use some updating. There was an unpleasant smell when we first walked in, and the flooring had noticeable gaps throughout. There also weren’t enough towels provided for everyone staying in the apartment. The living room setup could be improved as well. There was no coffee table or end tables, making it difficult to comfortably hang out in the space, and there was really only seating for two people to watch TV. The metal blinds also need to be replaced—they didn’t close completely, which left us feeling like there wasn’t enough privacy. Overall, the location was a big plus and we enjoyed our stay, but some updates and attention to the smaller details would make the property much more comfortable.
