Everything was very clean and everybody but one of the people at the front desk were really nice and helpful, sorry, didn't pay attention to his name. for breakfast the selection of food was amazing and our room was impeccable.

We had a wonderful family staycation at Dann Carlton Belfort and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were one of the highlights of our visit. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. However, after a few days, the selection became a bit repetitive. They did change a few items, such as the soup and some side dishes, but adding a little more variety would make it even better for guests staying multiple nights. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day. The bathroom was a bit small, but since we booked one of the more affordable room types, we felt it was understandable and it didn't affect our overall experience. One suggestion for future guests is to carefully check whether you're booking Dann Carlton Belfort or Dann Carlton. Before booking, we looked at photos that we later realized were of the main Dann Carlton hotel, which is a more upscale property. We were a little disappointed when we arrived and found out our reservation was at Dann Carlton Belfort instead. The hotels are only about a five-minute drive apart and share the same brand, so the distinction can be confusing. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and relaxing atmosphere made it a great family getaway. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was amazing. Alexander and Claudia always had a welcoming smile and they always made us feel so happy and comfortable, they also helped us to get some amazing food from the hotel. I don't remember the lady who cleaned our room, but she went above and beyond and always provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel some things are overly priced but besides that its amazing
