Fantastic stay! The hotel struck the perfect balance of being small enough to feel convenient and relaxed, while still offering great restaurants and amenities. We loved the beachfront, the evening live music, and the friendly service. Everything was spotless, and we would absolutely book here again.

Beautiful beach, plenty of beach/pool chairs. Food and drinks are great. Staff are friendly, helpful and engaging. Nice gift shop and cafe. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

The Westin may have the best beach on the island. Service is great, everyone is friendly and very attentive. Most relaxing experience. The dining is also above the rest. Must try the Beach House and Wotto. Just an elevated attention to service and food is incredibly delicious!

The Westin Grand Cayman is our favorite place to stay. The Heavenly Beds are so comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swim up pool bar is great. The beach is stunning. Food on the grounds is good. It's hard to beat!

Nice property good location, however at check in, there is a $85 a night "resort" fee. When I inquired what that was I was told it covers the pool, fitness room, spa ,beach chairs and other amenities. Nornal resorts,hotels provide these "amenities"with the cost, so what your paying for initially is a bed ,bathroom and housekeeping. Nice property but I WILL NOT stay here again as I don't like "gotchas" at check in

This is an older property that's been maintained exceptionally well by Westin. The staff were all extremely pleasant and appeared happy with their jobs. Nobody was aggressive in asking for tips. Nobody was selling trinkets on the beach. The smaller property size meant that the beach was very close to our rooms. The water was clear and the sand was very clean. No seaweed. The property was surrounded by the Governor's mansion on the north side and by a condo townhouse complex on the south, meaning that there weren't too many other guests around us. A tip would be to book your excursions through the shop across the street, as prices are much better. This is definitely a more upscale and elevated experience compared to the standard properties in Cancun, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. Lastly, the Cayman Islands are extremely safe, so we felt comfortable walking around outside the resort. 10/10 would recommend. The ONLY downside was the strong Cayman Dollar 💵💰.
