The reception checked me in early, even though I was not asking, and I was happy for their hospitality. The Aye Aye restaurant has excellent food and cocktails. Very clean and well maintained property. It is in close proximity (few mins walk) to many nice areas in the city center. They provide free umbrellas, which is useful in the Danish weather. Would stay again!
A wonderful hotel in a great location, close to everything. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and our room had a lot of character. The bed was very comfortable. Will stay again!
Beautiful spot right on the water with excellent restaurants and a fun bar. The bed and pillows we soooo comfy!
Stay at the Admiral Hotel - you won’t regret it!
The location was perfect didn't realize either that we were a block away from the Palace. Plus a block away from the scenic river canal and eateries. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Will say the hallways were a little musty - think it goes with the old building. The AC never coledthe room down enough luckily we weren't there when it was warm weather.
Clean room, restaurant and specialty the staff. There is also the hotel’s location that I loved so much. I have no words to describe how welcoming and helpful the staff (concierge) were with me
What we enjoyed most was the unique architecture and the location. Splurge for a water view and you have something or someone to watch all day. You are truly close to so many restaurants, shops and the Royal palace. Take advantage of the boat tour the hotel offers. It was our best stay in two weeks and three countries!
Everything was great, location amazing, etc. however pillows a bit lumpy, couldn't get a/c to work very well (maybe it's rare to need AC). And felt they could have had a better offer on the use of the hotel bikes - have to pay a full day rate even if you just want to go out for an hour. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely hotel by the harbour within easy walking distance of centre. Very clean and comfortable room with great hand wash (not something I would usually notice!). All staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are outstanding. Already booked again for a return visit. Can’t recommend highly enough
Staff was excellent with suggestions on where to dine, how to get around the city and ease of checking out. The facility was well maintained and the location superb. We had a room with a view of the harbor which was delightful to look out on. Our room was very narrow and the space between the foot of the bed and the wall was narrow and hard to maneuver, suggesting getting a larger room. Breakfast buffet was extensive and the adjoining room which looked out to the harbor was delightful. A very lovely experience.
