Beautiful ocean front room! Gabriel, our concierge...was absolutely wonderful!!! This was our 4th trip to the Krystal and it won't be the last! The staff is wonderful and helpful. First all no beach on premises 😩! Just open ocean to look at. Nothing to do! Just pool and food !! The restaurant were under staff but food was good. It’s super hot and humid ac units barely feel it. For a low budget resort not bad if you just want to rest. Drinks ok ! Lots of Sugar and cheap alcohol!

Before I got the the property the reviews I read was scary, but all turned out to be untrue. The property is excellent no sewer small as some people said in reviews. The food at every restaurant was good the staff was excellent the pools were clean and my room and view from my room was amazing. My wife and I are already making plans to return.

The resort was nice, a little dated but still beautiful. The rooms definitely could use a little more attention. We didn’t have hand or face towels, and the upholstery on the couch was worn and stained. The pools were under maintenance for most of our stay, but the one day we were able to swim, the pool water was nice. Staff is friendly, but nothing extraordinary. The food was ok, drinks were watered down; overall it’s a 3/5 for me.

Super comfortable beds, great AC, amazing staff. We experienced a power outage, but would not have been able to tell except for the noise of the on-site generator. Didn’t impact our experience at all. Fish tacos from the pool bar and grill are a must. Dinner beachside at The Grill has amazing views.

The resort was amazing and the staff was wonderful. They would meet you with a warm greeting every day and would always make themselves available. Diana, Gabriel, Brisa and Roberto gave wonderful recommendations for excursions, providing the utmost detail so nothing would catch us by surprise. Since we had children in our party, our concern was their safety and enjoyment, to which these four ensured we were properly informed of. Overall a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos was a good choice for me. I had returned from scuba diving in the Sea of Cortez for 11 days and needed a place to stay for one night before I returned home to Los Angeles, California. The property was clean, well maintained, and directly on the beach which I loved. There were a number of pools, but I did not swim at the resort (although they looked like a lot of fun and a number of families were enjoying them). I only ate at the buffet and the salads were excellent while the entrees were just average. My room looked out to the ocean and was very clean yet somewhat modest with a queen-sized bed and a small (but functional) bathroom. There was very limited closet/storage space in the room. Water pressure in the shower was modest. I must remark that the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. All-in-all a pleasant beach-front resort for the budget-minded tourist.

Brissa and Diana from the concierge were amazing and so helpful! They made dinner arrangements for us each night, scheduled a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I and even gave us a last minute late checkout. All the staff was wonderful from the bartenders Manuel and Mariela, to the wait staff Julian. All the restaurants were delicious. We felt so taken care of. It was an amazing trip. Will 100% come back.

We recently stayed at Krystal Grand Los Cabos and left with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the location is absolutely stunning. The resort is right on the beachfront, and the grand ocean views from the property are breathtaking. ​However, our experience was impacted by a couple of major downsides. First, the main pool was completely closed for two days during our stay, which was incredibly disappointing for a beach resort vacation. Additionally, the food layout was a hit-or-miss; one evening was advertised as a Mediterranean theme night, but the actual food served was definitely not Mediterranean. ​If you are looking strictly for an incredible view and great beach access, this place hits the mark. But they definitely need to improve their consistency with food themes and pool maintenance.

It’s a beautiful place to stay but the downside for us was the pools were semi green so we didn’t enjoy them though the last day someone was cleaning them. We upgraded our room that had a jacuzzi on the balcony but when we were filling it up it was leaking water from the pipes, mind you we were on the 4th floor. The inconvenience of that was having to pack up & change rooms. The beaches had a black flag so we couldn’t enjoy that but of course for our safety. Also speaking of safety there was spilled water while getting dropped off in the front with transportation & I slipped. Over all 7 out 10. The staff was great overall.
