It’s conveniently located just next to Sengakuji station. Fantastic breakfast and traditional public bath house available. It will be a good choice if your flight is at Haneda airport.

The hotel was conveniently located next to a station entrance. There was a currency exchanger in the lobby which was helpful as well. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Busy times are posted so be sure to check those out and plan accordingly.

I’ve stayed here a few times and always felt it comfortable. A small hiccup this time with the delivery of my baggage… it had t arrived when I checked in so the lady on reception said she’d ring my room when it arrived. By 8pm there was still no notification that my bag had arrived so I contacted the company y to be told it had been delivered two hours prior. I went to go down to reception to find a note on my door saying the bag had arrived. I had been in my room the whole time and didn’t receive a phone call or a knock on the door. Given how tired I was from travelling i would have appreciated my bag sooner and had an early night. A small issue but one which could have been easily avoided.

This hotel is a great combination between modern comfort and affordability. The rooms are small but tasteful and very functional. Very nice large TV. The Sansakuji APA is literally next to the Akusaka station with a direct line for Haneda 25min and 363 yen). Very convenient. I will definitely book there again.

My first time staying at an APA hotel and this location exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Public bath was well-kept. My room was clean despite being a bit small for my large luggage but that was expected. I like that this location is in a more low-key neighborhood than busy tourist parts of Tokyo but still has plenty shopping and sightseeing opportunities. Travel to airport is also easy from here.

Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is very good. Room is small by western standards, but the bed/pillows was very comfy. Bathroom size is adequate, at over 186 cm tall, I fit ok. Two train stations outside your door. Shinagawa station is a short walk away
small room, but a comfy bed!

It was so pleasurable to start the day with the onsen ritual. Automation at the hotel is excellent from check in to check out including updates on the room TV about crowded times to use the onsen or elevators. Staff is incredibly patient and helpful with the best attitudes. This my second stay at an APA Hotel in Tokyo and I will continue to stay at this welcoming hotel chain.
