I would recommend this location it's a very clean modern style apartment located in a central part of condesa, response was great when I asked any questions and in general a very pleasant stay.

When we arrived our bed sheets and pillow cases were humid so the lady had to change them. Otherwise the location is pretty good. The room is in the first floor or ground floor, which makes it a bit noisy.

Comfortable apartment

Incredible location, walking distance to great amenities. Tidy flat, complete with kitchen and all finished to a good standard. The negatives are that there is a central outdoor area, which travels up to above flats, there was a large gathering upstairs, with people screaming and shouting late into the night. The door to the outdoor space also did not lock, the bed was very soft and I sank when I slept. There is also no bedroom door to keep out noise and light.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants, market, groceries. Safe and fun for walking. Concierge and staff on site are very helpful and nice. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable with a very nice roof top patio.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a contemporary design and furnishings. It came equipped with all the basics. They even provided coffee for the coffeemaker. Most of the time the building and the neighborhood were very quiet, but when there is noise it tends to echo quite a bit, whether in the building or in the street. The location is great for walking around Condesa/Roma, with easy distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Customer service was exceptional. Would definitely go back again.

The property and rentals are very modern and clean. There is no ac and the units can run hot. If you ask, they will inform you about fans available for use. The only bad thing about this rental is the lack of communication and explanation of how things work. The information is given after you ask but it would be nice to have all instructions available at check-in.

Do not stay here. Good photos butThere is no natural light or window, no hot water, no airflow, a floppy sinking bed, and cheap security measures. The property doors and walls and furnishings are very thin, cheap doors and dry wal. The photos show windows but there was only one window and two doors that led out to same boxed in 4x4 stuffy courtyard that all other apartment windows opened to. People talking in other rooms sounded like they were inside our room. We heard other people who were sick coughing a lot. Could also hear other people on their phones scrolling. Room was really dingy and dank. There weren’t any fans to move air so the only option was the open window. Which made everything louder. We booked specifically because of king bed listed. The bed mattress was really flimsy, just two layers of cheap foam. The slats underneath foam kept falling leading my head and my partners feet to fall into bed frame center and bottom right corner feet to do the same. Warm water was only available for about 3 minutes for a shower. Had to let another guest in who was locked out from the front gate because the code wasn’t working. they couldn’t reset to get her in and did not have a quick solution so she called us directly from outside and we let her in. Otherwise she would have been locked out for hours. We left after one night and asked for a refund the following morning and they will not refund us. Truly the worst experience.

El departamento esta excelente, las instalaciones son super accesibles, la forma de acceder es simple y entendible, cuenta con lavadora y secadora. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila pero con muchas amenidades cerca, que puedes ir caminando, la limpieza es muy buena, sin duda alguna una gran experiencia mi estadia.
