  • Villa with private pool A few steps from the beautiful beach of Porto Taverna opposite the island of Tavolara, in the marine protected area. The villa is arranged as follows:
    Ground floor: living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus molarotto outbuilding with separate entrance with French bed bathroom and veranda.

Such a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time at Villa Lisa. There were eight of us, four adults, two teens and two children. The space was large enough that we had room to spread out and be together. Roberto communicated well and reliably. Thank you for having us!!!

Lovely property with cool sub terranean rooms as well as lovely outdoor eating and playing areas. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach is a 5 minute stroll away with several great restaurants nearby. We loved it

Brilliant home, lovely outside space, great host

The house is beautifully done, the outside chill, eating and cooking space is perfect and so pleasant and relaxing. The house is a few mins walk from the beach, which has the clearest water and a myriad of restaurants and facilities. Roberto was an excellent host, very responsive to all our needs. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful holiday!

Well situated summer house

we had a very nice time in this nice house. beautiful landscaped garden. nice spacious bedrooms for everyone with ditto bathrooms. the outdoor kitchen is very nice. however, the kitchen utensils need to be replaced and the mattresses were a bit saggy. we really enjoyed our stay with 2 families.

We had a great time. Only remark is that we think the property is not entirely suited for 10 adults. Some of the beds are small. Not an issue for us, since we were with 6. But 8 is a better advise as a maximum.

Disappointing & overpriced villa

My family and I spent a week in Villa Lisa. 6 adults, 4 children aged 2-9. Extremely disappointed with the property which had boasted so much on offer. 2 basement bedrooms lack air conditioning, basic hygiene (huge problem of damp in largest room - resulting in a bathroom tile falling off the wall during our stay). Hot water was an issue with us having to reset the boiler on a daily basis at least 2 hours prior to showering. Owner was slow to respond to us when experiencing difficulties and lacked good English to converse. Hot tub was unclean and therefore not usesable. We would at least expect it to be clean for use. Only 3 out of the 6 sun loungers were useable, the rest broken. Outside shower drain was blocked so again unusable. For the price of the villa we would at least expect basic amenities to be provided such as toilet roll, bins in every bathroom, and clean sheets. Sadly this was not the case of Villa Lisa. On the positive side, the pool was lovely and we saw the pool be cleaned once during our stay. 2 car parking spaces available and more than big enough for large families or groups. If a little more attention was paid to this property it would be wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend it to families expecting to spend time together as the setup of it doesn’t allow you to live communally. For the price of the villa you would be best staying elsewhere.

Locatie prima. Lokaal contact prima. Interieur, apparatuur, bestek en potten en pannen rommelig veel gebruikt en niet goed schoon(te houden ). Vooraf niet vermeld dat er twee slaapkamers ondergronds zijn met weinig daglicht en grot atmosfeer/ klimaat, onprettig klimaat om in te slapen, hoofdpijn door onvoldoende ventilatie. Positives: - schöner Poolbereich - Außenküche - Ansprechpartner hat schnell reagiert bei Fragen - früher Check in und später check out wurden möglich gemacht Negativ: - die beiden Zimmer im Kellerbereich waren feucht und in Summe muffig - Schimmel in manchen Bädern - zwei Wespennester auf dem Grundstück, dadurch sehr viele Wespen am Essenstisch Zusammenfassung: gemessen an den Mietkosten sollte das Objekt zwingend stärker gepflegt werden. Un séjour inoubliable

Nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement cette maison, parfaite pour des vacances autant familiales qu’entre amis grâce à la configuration des chambres, avec entrée indépendante pour la plupart. La cuisine d’été est très pratique et bien agencée, tout y est arrangé avec goût et confort, la terrasse est ombragée, la piscine permet autant le jeu que la natation mais plus que tout nous avons apprécié l’atmosphère familiale qu’il s’y dégageait (moules à glaces pour les enfants, jeux, livres, etc) et l’extraordinaire gentillesse et efficacité de nos hôtes, qui bien que n’étant pas sur place, sont toujours disponibles. (Nous avons eu un problème de serrure réglé en quelques heures alors que nous étions un dimanche) Un grand merci également pour l’accueil avec les fruits du jardin cueillis pour nous. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis. De plus la villa est à moins de dix minutes à pied de la plage, ce qui est fort appréciable. Futurs chanceux locataires nous vous souhaitons un bon séjour dans ce petit paradis.

Wat een geweldige plek ! De locatie , het dorp , de villa en het fantastische zwembad alles was perfect ! Samen met vrienden hier een week mogen verblijven . De eigenaar is erg bereidwillig om het je naar de zin te maken en reageert direct op appjes of mails bij vragen of opmerkingen .

Une très belle maison

Une maison spacieuse et climatisee, avec 5 chambres ayant chacune leur salle de bain, une grande piscine. Lisa, la propriétaire est aux petits soins, elle répond rapidement aux questions. La maison est idéalement située dans une rue calme et à 500m de la plage. Une très belle villa et j’espère avoir l’occasion d’y revenir un jour. Merci Lisa!

Perfekte Lage aber Abnutzungserscheinungen

Vor 4 Jahren waren wir, zwei Familien, Grosseltern und Freunde zum ersten Mal in der Villa Lisa. Die Ferien waren schlicht perfekt, das Haus, die Aussenküche sowie die separaten Appartements auf dem Areal gepflegt. Mittlerweile sieht man der Villa die Abnutzung leider an; Die Vorhänge und Bettdecken weisen Flecken auf, beim Treppenabgang fehlen Platten, das eine Lavabo war defekt und blieb es trotz Meldung die ganze Woche lang, ebenso funktionierte das Licht für die Poolbeleuchtung nicht (ist nützlich um zur späten Stunde die Treppenabgänge zu sehen). Eine Einführung beim Check-in gab es dieses Mal leider nicht. Schade, denn eigentlich ist es der perfekte Ort, um mit Freunden und Familie Ferien zu machen. Es hat Platz für alle, Bäder für alle, eine Aussenküche, einen Pool und das Meer liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Etwas mehr Pflege würde der Villa Lisa gut tun.

Ein schönes Haus, in die Jahre gekommen, in Flughäfen Nähe, nah am Meer. Makel: 2 Kellerschlafräume

Manola reagierte stets sofort auf angezeigte Mängel, die Reparatur fand nicht immer gleich statt. Wünschenswert wäre : gleiche Sorgfalt für das Haus und Grundstück wie für den Pool.

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Pool und fußläufig zum Strand

Als Familie mit Kindern und Enkeln hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der schön angelegte Gerten aber insbesondere der tolle Pool waren so gut, dass wir gar nicht immer ans Meer gegangen sind, obwohl dies zu Fuß mit Kindern problemlos erreichbar war. Der große Pool mit großer Treppe und einem Bereich von ca. 130 cm Tiefe sowie einem tiefen Bereich mit deutlich über 2 m und einem kleinen Sprungbrett hat von 8 Monaten bis über 50 J. stundenlang fasziniert. Nichtschwimmer müssen daher natürlich beobachtet werden. Nachts konnte man ihn toll beleuchten. Pooldienst kam regelmäßig. Wir haben nur die Außenküche und innen lediglich den Kühlschrank benutzt. Alles war da und hat funktioniert. Es waren vom Vermieter und Vormietern diverse Spielsachen für Kinder, Sonnenschirme für den Strand, Luma und etliche nützliche Utensilien vorhanden. Alle 5 Doppelzimmer hatten Klimaanlage mit Fernbedinung die gut funktionierte. Vermieterin Manola war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar (wir haben in Englisch komuniziert) und hat schnell reagiert. Es gab keine Probleme. Sie war auch mit Infos und Taten außerhalb der reinen Villavermietung hilfsbereit. Villa Lisa kann ich/wir daher empfehlen.

MEGA Urlaub auf einer der schönsten Insel

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hatte einen sehr großen Pool mit einem kleinen Sprungbrett. Alle 5 Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Schön waren auch die zwei separaten Zimmer außerhalb des Haupthauses. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich auch Bäume mit Feigen, Orangen, Granatäpfel und Zitronen. Im Oktober konnten wir alles alles perfekt zum Frühstück genießen. Alle aufkommenden Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit per SMS beantwortet. Gerne wieder. MEGA
