Fantastic hotel. Worth every penny. Walkable area and great place for good eats and shopping. Convenient to uber/taxi or hop on a train for sightseeing.
The staff was amazing and even remembered our daughter mentioning her birthday. They sent up a delish complimentary cake to celebrate. Attention to detail was spot on. We would definitely recommend staying there. We would not stay anywhere else.
Immaculate room conditions. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location with major transportation station nearby and lots of food and shopping options too.
Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. Our room had a large dressing area that was incredibly useful. The staff are exceptional and attentive to every one of our needs. Will stay at the Peninsula the next time we are in Tokyo

An outstanding property that strikes the perfect balance between spacious luxury, tranquility, and refined sophistication in Japan's most exclusive commercial district.
We had a wonderful stay at the Peninsula Tokyo. The attention to detail is amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and good food.
This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent.
Been staying at several The Península properties and they always exceed expectations. Super fast check in and felt welcomed. Great location, great service and super clean.
