The room was very nice and was always cleaned by the time we returned, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating with our requests throughout our stay. The location also worked out perfectly for us. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and within walking distance. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and were happy with our experience.

The rooms were clean and spacious and we LOVED the convenience of an in room washer/ dryer ( that was exceptionally quiet). It was in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. My only suggestion would be a ramp in the front, because navigating the hotel steps ( for check in/ out) with luggage is tricky. But overall, a wonderful hotel!

Comfortable suite in old Montreal. Within easy walking distance of the convention centre, Notre-Dame Basilica, and a number of restaurants. Was fairly quiet, not hearing any street traffic. Luggage lockers in the basement were useful to be able to spend some more time wandering the area after checking out before my evening flight.
