The rooms were well kept but had the charm of wooden flooring and furniture. Staff had the very Thai hospitality we all expect from a kind and helpful crew. Breakfast was a great experience and provided a discount on site for what could be considered a brunch meal. Great value and lovely experience.

The good: Amazing staff! Especially restaurant staff. Clean room. Wonderful pool. Good, clean fitness room. Excellent food, including the extensive breakfast. The not so good: Noisy grounds and rooms. Crappy beach area. Workers doing maintenance work most of the day means little privacy and quiet for rooms facing the pool areas. Summary: great for families, not so great if you want peace and quiet!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Nai Yang Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Phuket. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well maintained, with stunning views and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The food was fantastic, with a great choice of restaurants and dining options — every meal was a pleasure. What really made our stay special, though, was the warm, kind and genuinely helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. A very special shout-out to Mr J-Ro at the Lounge Bar, whose fantastic service and amazing coffees made our visits there particularly enjoyable. His attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism really stood out. ☕️👏 The only small negative for us was that the beds are quite small for two people, which could be improved, especially for longer stays. Apart from that, we had an amazing time in Phuket, and the resort was a big part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Nai Yang Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and welcoming resort in Phuket. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable — and especially to J-Ro! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast buffet amazing and a must do. Various happy hours through the property. Delicious drinks and food. Onsite restaurant a little pricey compared to outside restaurants. Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience.
