What a beautiful hotel, fantastic service and wonderfully relaxing. Everything is well thought through and it doesn't feel overly crowded. There was always sunbeds by the pool and afternoon tea in the skyview was perfect.

The personnel in the Burj Al Arab went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! It was my moms birthday and she was amazed at the room upgrade, the hospitality, the cleanliness of the room, and our butler BoBo who was super nice and accommodating! I have stayed here previously and the service and the rooms havent changed - stat amazing and updated.

Amazing. We got a great half board package which included Michelin star restaurants. The only complaint is the pool is in dire need of refurbishment. There were many cracked tiles and rust staining which was really out of place for such a beautiful property.

 Speechless, no words to describe the experience Everything is 7 starts but the excellence, kindness and profesional of every single person working in the property is 10 starts Special our butler Nas , who gave us special welcome for our anniversary with a delicious chocolate mousse cake and prepared our hot tub with bubbles for our after dinner Breakfast is amazing and all restaurant in the property are amazing Absolutely wortly , best hotel ever !!! This is our second stay at the Burj and it is amazing every time! Check in is fast and efficient, rooms are spacious clean with great amenities. Great butler service, room service is quick and delicious. Breakfast is great and service is top notch.

Our stay at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly pleasant and kind staff, who made every effort to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay. The hotel itself is the epitome of luxury, yet it still manages to feel surprisingly cozy and inviting. Every detail—from the immaculate suites to the personalized service—reflects the highest standards of hospitality. We especially appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, who were always ready with a warm smile and genuine willingness to help. Beautiful Hotel but Fell Short of Expectations I recently stayed at the Burj Al Arab, and while the experience was certainly luxurious, it didn’t quite live up to the “world’s most luxurious hotel” reputation. The architecture and views are undeniably stunning — the design is iconic, and the interiors are beautifully maintained. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, with great attention to detail. However, the overall experience didn’t feel as exceptional as I expected. The service was polite but somewhat inconsistent — at times slow, and not as personalized as one might expect from such a prestigious property. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but not quite the flawless, over-the-top luxury experience I had imagined. For the price and reputation, I expected more attention to detail and warmth in the service.

We had a super relaxing stay. We were looked after superbly by all staff bar one. She barge in the lift and went up despite our lift travelling downwards. The hotel is now 20 years old and shows in some places but this did not detract from the opulence and service with a smile. The bedding and bed was pure luxury. Looking forward to returning!

#### I enjoyed it overall.

I knew the property was kind of dated going in, but I wanted the 90’s Arabic feeling so I was ok with it. Their self proclaimed 7 star status is maybe as dated as the bathrooms though. The wear and tear on carpets, exposed electric wiring on the way to the pool and buckling trex decking on the pool edge makes it feel less than a 5 star, especially for the price. The staff was very friendly, the pool area is really nice and beach is a short golf cart ride away with calm beautiful water and a striking view of the hotel, so overall, I do recommend staying here.

Staying at this hotel was a truly unique experience. We had a duplex suite, with lots of amenities. The upstairs bathroom had a whirlpool bathtub in addition to a great shower. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff, at all stages of our stay, were polite and engaging.

Our family selected Burj Al Arab for our 2025 annual vacation after hearing many exceptional compliments about its luxury and service. The experience fully confirmed its reputation. From our arrival, the hospitality was outstanding. Our suite was available three hours early so we could prepare for our desert tour. The two-bedroom suite is beautifully designed, spacious, with refined Arabic style and ideal privacy for a family stay. We had one concern at check-in: part of the exterior view was blocked by white poles. After messaging the E-butler, Brandon from the front office took exceptional initiative to locate an alternative suite and personally escorted us to view it. He arranged butlers to support the move. This was a generous effort beyond expectation, and much appreciated. We also asked about a two-hour late checkout due to a midnight flight. Understanding it might not be feasible, we were very grateful that the hotel approved it, making our final day relaxed and enjoyable. The E-butler service is efficient and responsive, and the in-person butlers are professional, kind, and pleasant to interact with. Special thanks to Marmar, Edwin, Marvin, and Aldrin. On our last evening, returning to find a lovely cake, roses, bears, and fine bath salts was a delightful surprise for the whole family. A thoughtful gesture. Overall, our stay has been wonderful, and the hotel team played a key role in making our family vacation memorable. Thank you. We look forward to returning.

#### Amazing!!

One night stay at this seven star hotel to celebrate our anniversary. It was amazing from the time we checked in (they gave us an upgrade) to the time we left! The service is first class! Would love to come back and stay again next time we are in Dubai.
