The building is new. It is clean, located near businesses we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen but it could be useful at a later date. Freeway noise constant but not too loud. Pet friendly was important for us. I would stay there again.

The property seems new, everything in my room seemed in pristine condition which was awesome. This is especially at the price point, amazing value for what I paid on the room and services. Not to mention the full service kitchen and breakfast bar area within the room, such great value.

The hotel accommodations were amazing. The staff was awesome and very helpful in our needs. I will definitely recommend to go to this hotel spot for anyone that’s willing to go on vacation in Phoenix. The atmosphere was great and quiet. Friendly environments as well I would definitely go back and stay There again.

Great staff, but bring your own toiletries. The customer service here is excellent—we checked in very late and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. However, the room layout seems geared toward long-term stays, so you need to come prepared. There were absolutely no toiletries provided in the bathroom, and we were even left with less than half a roll of toilet paper. There was also no iron in the room. Lovely service, but the basic room amenities definitely need improvement.

Rooms large, open and clean. Very sparse amenities: No coffee maker, hand towels, paper towels, hot drink cups, extra blanket/pillows, extra toilet paper, bathroom soap/shampoo. There is a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and dishwasher--but no pots/pans and only two each of plates, bowls, drinking glasses, table knives/forks and spoons. HVAC worked well and was quiet. bed was comfortable, but nightstand and lamp only on one side of the bed. No on site coffee. Room was very clean but hallways were in need of vacuuming. There appears to be no insulation between floors--no noise from next door rooms but any movement in the room above clearly audible. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Value for the price paid was good, just be prepared to bring your own basic amenities
