Everyone, kids and parents, had an outstanding time at the Disneyland Hotel and Resort. The trip was fast-paced because of Halloween. They raved about the food, rides, and Halloween themes.
Best trip with my daughter for her golden birthday. We loved the room and the pool. Lovely staff and slept awesome after many miles of walking at Disneyland.
I liked how clean it kept it was. The view of the pool area was to be desired, I guess. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was great, but the tub faucet didn't close completely even when I tried to tighten it. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The housekeeping staff were very polite. Parking was easy, too bad I parked in the back but that was just me.
Great room and the staff was very welcoming. The room was nice and comfortably accommodated mom, dad and 2 kids. I loved how secluded but close all the towers feel. The pool and restaurant area created its own little oasis. There is a convenient walkway into Downtown Disney and after walking 12 miles in Disneyland, that convenience is what I long for. My only suggestion would be that the early morning 6am sidewalk cleaner was a little much because even on the 7th floor you could hear it so that meant early mornings. But aside from that, I would stay here again.
Our stay was excellent. The room was clean the staff was very helpful. The pools were clean and the food staff was very nice. I just wish they had more ice cream options especially during summer. The ice cream bars at the grab n go market were all melted but that only gave us an excuse to head over to Down Town Disney for ice cream and beignets. I would definitely stay here again.
I loved the Disneyland hotel so much I won’t be staying at another hotel when I visit the parks. Everything was nice the staff, the room, the decor the pools! My kids, husband and I loved it.
The property is wonderful and staff were great. The room was a bit older and showed a lot of wear but was magical none the less. It was convenient and easy to get to Disneyland early and have a short walk at night.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, there were also so many magical details in the room. Staff were very helpful and parking was easy/close by. The only issue I would say is there aren’t enough food options in the actual resort (especially during our stay as the restaurant there was being remodeled).
It was great until pride week started. Not kid friendly. Maybe Disney could do this the first week in June when more kids are still in school, instead of the mid June!
