The rooms were very nice and the free breakfast buffet was extremely good and the choices changed daily. Very close to the river walk. There are not many places to shop (we had to uber to Walmart) unless you drive away from the downtown area, but overall everything was really nice.

Your staff was excellent ! Very friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best travel experiences I've had! The only thing that could've been better is if you were running a shuttle to and from the airport.

I was there 3 days. Housekeeping skipped cleaning my room on day 2 of our stay. Not the end of the world. Hotel really nice. Staff was great. Starbucks is connected to lobby which was great.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good variety of food. We used the valet service and they were wonderful. They worked very hard to get everyone’s car in a timely manner. The pool just looked very dirty. I am not sure if it was from the recent rain of just always looked that way, so we need not utilize the pool. The pool is the reason for only 4 stars.
