The in room laundry was a godsend and the location was fabulous. A little noisy at times from traffic and trains but that didn’t bother us. Great food nearby too.

the breakfast was sooo good! i LOVED the pancakes and the yogurt. the staff are friendly and always greet you when you go out for the day. the room i booked was a little small, but doable-ish for two people. i found the bed to be very comfortable. it was great having a laundry machine in the room, (which i didn’t expect) but it was complicated to figure out which buttons to use. there is a qr code on the machine for a quick guide to help. this hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to shimbashi station, so it’s very central to everything and super easy to get around. the ginza line became my best friend. since the station is so close, the sounds of the trains are loud enough that you will hear it in your room. however, it didn’t disrupt my sleep. i would definitely stay here again! thank you tokyu stay!

The hotel was amazing. It was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a free coffee machine. I suggest getting the breakfast included so you have a quick option to eat something while you wait for things to open or dodge the morning rush. There is 2 cafes within a 5 min or less walk, if not. The room is kinda small but, we were not really there all that much. The bathroom is great, The water pressure of the shower is strong. The AC in the rooms are great. The wash/dryer combo is a bit tricky, not only is it in Japanese, it locks itself for the cycle which can be like 6 hours, so beware. The power in the room only works if the card is inserted to the slot near the microwave. So nothing will turn on if its not inserted. Its also very close to the Shimbashi Train station! Your main hub for transportation

Overall stay was incredible. Staff was friendly, room was clean (though the AC leaked, but they offered to move me to a different room which was nice). 5 minute walk to Shimbashi Station, 7/11 was right around the corner and so many good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Small efficient room that comes with excellent quiet laundry machine in room. But my room’s bath room had a little odor and someone’s tangled hair sticked on white wall didn’t make a good impression. The location is excellent, close to Shinbashi station, easy access from both Haneda airport and Narita airport. I hated the hotel breakfast, maybe because I went later hours. The hot food had been sitting for long, not fresh replenished. There’s no espresso machine in the dining room. Only spoiled hot coffee in carafe sitting on stove provided. On a second day I went out to a coffee shop nearby and I had an excellent cheap breakfast.
