Great stay, beautiful pool, beach view was unobstructed. lovely amenities. Traveled with family two boys 11 and 14. We did water sports, used the bikes, and enjoyed the resort.
Great stay at the Fontainebleau. The suite was spacious and had a great view of the beach and the resort. The credit as a result of being an Expedia member was able to be used everywhere and the drinks/food service poolside is excellent. Overall a place to stay if you like the Miami vibe!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Yes, all good, room lacked proper plates and dishes for a suite and needed to really have a dish strainer to hand wash dishes
The front desk gave us a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately we had 0 downtime to enjoy it as we only stayed one night. Be careful with perks and room charges. The hotel is clean but they way to get to pool was way too far
Room was renovated, so was nice and clean. They should provide a fridge for free in the rooms for what you are paying for the room. Our toilet wasn’t working but when asked got fixed that day. Overall, I wouldn’t pay that amount of money to stay there again, but once to experience the pools and beach was fine. Pools are beautiful, beach is beautiful.
Excellent service, staff was phenomenal, and beautiful lobby/restaurants/cafe. However jacuzzi was dirty, bed was incredibly uncomfortable and there were things leftover behind the tv stand that were out of reach but clearly left over from another visit. Overall, the hotel was fair for the price, but could be better with some modest improvements.
The room was beautiful and functional. However if I had to comment I had two glasses that weren't quite clean with lipstain oils on them. That was it overal. Staff was friendly throughout resort always smiling. the beach was beautiful. Umbrellas you had to rent for $32. Wait staff always came around to ask if you needed drink/food. Didn't have to hunt them down. Pool is bougie.
The hotel, the location, the amenities and the fountainebleau brand are fabulous! We have stayed at their location in Las Vegas and were blown away with the staff and service! It quickly became our top hotel to stay in. So we eagerly booked the Miami location. We were quickly disappointed. From the moment we checked in it was clear that this location is NOTHING like the Vegas location. It felt as though every staff member hated their jobs and every guest they came in contact with. Every service from the pool, to the coffee bar, to the front desk, to the valet...incredibly rude. We paid almost $600/night to be treated as though we were an inconvenience for being there. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Not only will I never go back but I will let every person I know not to go there. If you are ever in Las Vegas, do yourself a favor and check out their location! You will be treated like royalty and never want to leave!
in all honesty the vibe is great but our room in versailles tower was dirty and had a weird scent to it. no point in getting a balcony room because theres like 10 massive generators in front of your view that are on all day. the tower is far from the lobby and most amenities however it was less chaotic with barely any foot traffic. overall atmosphere is amazing but the location of the hotel itself limits you from walking to a lot of places like south beach downtown. vida brunch was ok, arkadia wasnt all that, la cote (outside bar) was probably the best. the beach area seemed very unorganized and hectic. highly recommend not going during hs spring break or conventions because this hotel gets insanely crowded with a ton of kids literally running around the lobby. check in was smooth tho we got our room at 8am right after landing and check out was even easier as you didnt have to wait in line, all you had to do was text the check out on your phone. overall id give it a 7/10. i would definitely come back here but will opt to choose the suites at sorrento or tresor suites!
My stay at Fountaunbleu was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The room and bathroom were very dirty — we even found hair in the bathroom and nails on the floor, which was shocking and unsafe.
The beach experience was also frustrating. We went to the beach at 9 a.m., but it was not open yet, and there were no towels available for guests.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone
Overall stay was good. Came back after an excellent experience a year ago. Complimentary bikes were great and food was good. Oceanfront balcony room was a great view, clean and reasonably appointed. Was a bit disappointed this time around in some minor things. Service at the pool was not nearly as quick, and very inconsistent. Music from La Cote and the Arkadia area was terribly loud - and competed in terms of genre. Just noisy. There was also an event on the last day of our stay that basically shut down 75% of the pool area. We were not informed and it caused confusion and a tremendous lack of space in the largest public area of the resort. This would have been good information to have so we could plan accordingly.
The room was clean for the most part besides some type of spill on the window. The establishment was beautiful but the service not the best at times. The first night I decided to to go the lounge with my friend that was staying with me there and we were told we had to leave because my friend was “sleeping at the table” which she wasn’t. I truly would hope that the servers were not being prejudice against us. The next day at the pool it seemed like the server was prioritizing everyone else over us as well. I still enjoyed myself but the staff could have better hospitality.
We paid for an ocean view room in sorento and got placed infront of a brick wall. So they moved us, to less of a room in the main tower but it had ocean view so I let it be. No fridge in the room anymore, and the soap smells god awful. Then, parking and valet only was $76 a day. Nowhere did it say that when we booked. The actual valet service was really friendly, so that was a plus. There was a nice resistant selection. The pool was nice, but every chair was taken pretty much 24/7 and the pool was closed by 6/6:30. There was also no convenience store. My husband was having a weird allergic reaction after getting in the hot tub, which was gross in itself, then had no convenience store to buy any Benadryl or anything. No store for sunscreen, razors, medication, nothing. We tried to go to the beach one day also and the beach was disgusting. They don’t rake so it smelled awful with layers of seaweed and ocean remnants everywhere. Overall, will probably never come back here again. Way too overpriced for what you actually get.
