The receptionist staff were incredible, one lady in particular whose name I cannot remember (think it was a double name). The room was great. Breakfast was good. We were able to store our luggage and use the showers near the pool which was really helpful on the day we flew home.

This is a very good hotel. The room are spacious and clean. Location is great with many eateries close by and a large shopping mall, bugid junction is within walking distance.

Stay as usual was great, this is the perfect location for work and for seeing Singapore, they are in the middle of renovations which were needed but the disruption is minimal and I cant wait till my next visit to see the final result thank you

Royal Queens is 2 mins walk from Bras Basah underground and walking distance to the Merlion, downtown Singapore, University Precinct. Staff are amazing - friendly and they know how to look after guests and make them feel welcome.

Helpful staff, great beds even got a baby bed. Walking distance to a lot of things and also easy to take the MTR to different places. Great breakfast buffet. Would like to stay again.
